how do we work
Step 1｜Receive Custom Images
Clear, front-facing photos work best, as they reveal far more details.
Your images can be precious snapshots from your photo album, cute photos of pets, your child’s drawing, or a heartfelt note from a friend.
Step 2｜Confirm Image Details
We will confirm all image details with you via chat or email within 48 hours.You may also tell us which elements you’d like to stand out — such as a palm tree or footprints on the sand. We will go over every precious detail with you.
Please kindly note that embroidery is not digital printing, so an exact identical reproduction is not possible. However, we will spare no effort to faithfully recreate your precious memories.
Step 3｜Check Service Charges
Once we reach an agreement on all photo details, we will confirm the embroidery size and border style with you.
We will then calculate the total cost and create a draft sketch for your review.
Production will commence right after you approve the draft and complete payment.
Step 4｜Manual Embroidery Digitizing
We digitize embroidery patterns based on your uploaded image and its details. We generate machine-readable embroidery files using professional embroidery software.
This process requires extensive manual drawing work on computers. For this reason, returns will not be accepted once the digital pattern has been completed.
Step 5｜Machine Embroidery Production
We send the computer-made embroidery file to the embroidery machine.We carefully pick suitable thread colors prior to stitching.The machine sews your exclusive memory stitch by stitch.
Step 6｜Pack & Ship
Once the embroidery stitching is finished, we will mount it with a picture frame before shipment.
You can proudly display this exclusive keepsake at home, give it as a heartfelt gift to your loved ones, or keep it as a precious memento to cherish your fond memories.

We digitize your custom image into an embroidery pattern and create machine-readable files using embroidery software, preserving your precious memories in every stitch.
As this process requires extensive manual computer work, we cannot accept returns after the pattern is finalized.
5.Machine Embroidery Production
We will transfer the digital embroidery file designed on the computer to the embroidery machine.
We need to carefully select matching thread colors before starting embroidery production.
The machine will then stitch your unique precious memory thread by thread.
6.Pack & Ship
Once the embroidery stitching is finished, we will mount it with a picture frame before shipment.
